Directions For Use — Adult Dosage

Take 2 capsules daily, during or immediately after a meal, or directed by your healthcare professional.

Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 2.67 mg;
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.9 mg;
Vitamin E (as dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 9.52 mg;
Folic Acid 100 μg;
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg;
Selenium (from high selenium yeast) 30 μg.

Warnings

Do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. When taken in excess of 3000 μg retinol equivalents Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 μg retinol equivalents for women and 900 μg retinol equivalents for men.
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 μg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Contains soya bean and sulfites.
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
Do not use if the seal on the carton is broken.
